My Vision For Seychelles

A nation built on active participation and progressive reform.

The ultimate dream is a Republic where young Seychellois are not just observers, but active architects of our democracy and government decision-making.

The Education Reform Agenda

Our current educational framework places immense pressure on students, prioritizing rigid grading over genuine learning and personal discovery.

I advocate for an educational system where students feel happy, motivated, and supported when they go to school—not depressed, anxious, or perpetually exhausted. We must shift the paradigm so that schools become incubators of talent and well-being, fostering critical thinking and mental health above mere test scores.

Democratic Integration

The youth of Seychelles represent the future of this nation, yet they are often left out of the rooms where the future is decided.

My vision is the total integration of youth into government duties, civic operations, and national decision-making. We cannot build a sustainable democracy without the active, respected, and institutionalized participation of the next generation in our legislative processes.

The Four Strategic Pillars

To achieve this overarching vision, my public service work within the Seychelles National Youth Assembly and the broader community is categorized into four primary areas of action.

Pillar 01

Youth Empowerment

Advocating for policies that give young Seychellois true economic and social mobility. This means securing better funding for youth-led enterprises, ensuring access to modern digital infrastructure, and dismantling the barriers that prevent young professionals from succeeding in the modern economy.

Pillar 02

Public Service

Operating with absolute transparency and dedication within the Seychelles National Youth Assembly. My commitment is to draft, review, and fiercely debate resolutions that serve the public interest, ensuring that legislative momentum always aligns with the needs of the people.

Pillar 03

Community Engagement

A leader must remain connected to the grassroots. This pillar focuses on direct dialogue with citizens, organizing local interventions, and ensuring that the real, everyday struggles of Seychellois communities are elevated directly to the highest levels of national governance.

Pillar 04

Leadership Development

True leadership is about building more leaders, not followers. I am committed to creating mentorship pipelines and support systems that identify ambitious young Seychellois and equip them with the skills required to take the helm in both the public and private sectors.
